Women in Focus
I want to walk alongside you…. are you experiencing stress, low self-esteem and or feelings of being stuck or out of control? If this describes you, you may be ready to begin a supportive therapy process in order to explore options for change, i.e., career, health, and wellness topics, exercise, yoga, spirituality, and other holistic interventions which may be explored in a trusting therapy process.
There may be a current or past pattern of substance use, and as your therapist, I will provide a non-judgmental space for you, where you can freely express your feelings and emotions, and together, we can navigate a course of action, leading to wellness, increased fulfillment, positive self-esteem and a desire to thrive!
Don’t wait to begin your journey to wellness and happiness. Schedule an appointment with me, and let’s get started!
Young Adults
Are you a young adult (high school senior/college student) struggling with a transition to college or difficulty adjusting to college, experiencing low self-esteem, stress, poor eating habits, feeling anxious, depressed and irritable?
Are you feeling family pressure and high expectations that seem overwhelming?
Maybe you have a relationship that you realize will be fading away, or you just had a break up in a relationship that you are upset about.

I will walk alongside you as you decide to open up and talk about your stresses, fears, and worries.
